Realest is mainly known for its personalized guidance in finding the perfect home or matching the right home searcher to a property.

At Realest, we work on a no cure, no pay basis. This means you only pay if we successfully assist you.

• For rental services, we charge a one-time success fee equal to one month’s rent (excluding VAT).

• For buying or selling a property, the success fee is negotiable and typically ranges around 1% of the purchase or sale price.

We’re always transparent about costs and discuss them with you upfront.

Your personal data and documents are used solely for the purpose of the property allocation process. We strictly adhere to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation / AVG) and handle all information with the highest level of care, confidentiality and in full compliance with current privacy laws and regulations.
